We really do hope you love your new Hattie items! We want you to be completely happy and if for some reason your garment doesn't fit or a blanket is just not right we are happy to exchange it.  Please email hello@hattie.com.au to chat about your exchange. This must be done within 7 days of purchase.
Please understand Hattie is NOT responsible for any shipping cost that occurs for an exchanged item.

Hattie offers $8 postage on small items and $15 for larger items such as blankets with registered post on the original shipment only. If an item is to be returned/exchanged, shipping both ways must be paid for by the customer. Additional information will be given on how to do so in exchange. All items exchanged must be in its original condition as received, this includes all packaging and tags attached.

All items are checked before being shipped for quality assurance; great care is taken to ensure package arrives in their original condition.

FAULTY ITEMS

We check over all items before being shipped to ensure a high standard of quality. However, if you receive an item that you believe is faulty, please inform us immediately by email at hello@hattie.com.au
